Two youth homelessness charities have warned the government it needs to ‘make good’ on its promise to support all rough sleepers following another steep rise in the number of young people forced to sleep rough in London during the pandemic.
Youth services in England have had their funding cut by 73% in less than a decade, analysis by the YMCA has found.
